Over the years I have worked with so many people experiencing anxiety, depression and chronic illness. These conditions often leave people feeling lonely, unheard, overwhelmed or misunderstood.
Every person is unique; we all experience things in different ways. This means that your therapy should be tailored to your specific needs, and this is how I approach the counselling experience with my clients.
